At Fashion Zone Uniform, we’re committed to delivering your order as efficiently and safely as possible. We deliver anywhere within South Africa using trusted courier services.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your payment is received and we’ve received your correct physical delivery address, your order will be shipped within:

• 1 to 9 working days, depending on your delivery location and the courier option selected.

Delivery Requirements

• No deliveries to P.O. Boxes, farms, or rural/remote areas.

• A valid telephone or mobile number is mandatory so the courier can contact you during delivery hours.

• Customers must ensure that all address details provided are correct. Fashion Zone will not be held responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect information.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer multiple delivery methods to suit your needs:

1. PAXI (via Pep Stores) – Counter to Counter

Send, collect, or return parcels at over 2,500 PAXI points across South Africa.

2. Courier Guy – Door to Door

Nationwide express courier delivery.

• 1–3 Business Days – R120

3. Fastway Couriers – Door to Door

Another reliable nationwide courier partner.

• 1–3 Business Days – R120

Note: Deliveries to high-risk or outlying areas may incur additional fees. Please contact us to confirm final courier costs if unsure.

Important Notes

• Orders are processed and dispatched once payment reflects in our account.

• Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

• If you require a special delivery arrangement, please contact us before completing your purchase.

• Fashion Zone is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
