RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Fashion Zone Uniform, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to assist you with a return or exchange.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached

  • The item must not be used, worn, washed, or altered in any way

  • Items must be securely packaged to protect them during transit

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your request. If the item meets our return conditions, we will either:

  • Issue a refund to your original method of payment

  • Process an exchange, depending on stock availability

We will notify you once your refund or exchange has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault or incorrect item sent. In such cases, Fashion Zone Uniform will cover the cost of return or exchange delivery.

Returns can be conveniently made using PAXI at any Pep Store nationwide. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before sending any items.
