You have 14 days to return your purchase from date of delivery.

All items should be returned in original packaging and same condition with all tags attached.

We cannot accept any items that has been used or altered.

Please ensure the products is packaged securely to protect the items during transit.

Once the items have been received and assessed as stipulated above your refund or exchange will be generated.

Fashion Zone will only incur delivery cost for the exchanges or returns strictly if due to a manufacturing fault.
